A French artist from New England is awarded two prizes

Mrs. Dominique Boutaud, a Frenchwoman originally from Nice and living in the Boston area since 1996, recently obtained the “Apollo” Salento Porta d’Oriente International Art Prize, as well as the special prize “Francis, friar of Assisi” for human rights.
